This small City firm has a well-regarded corporate practice, regularly advising clients in the technology, natural resources, retail, and financial services sectors. Having recently grown the team at partner-level, the firm is now keen to bolster its associate ranks and is seeking an experienced corporate associate to focus on AIM and Main Market transactions.

Although the role will have a focus on equity capital markets, the team has an integrated approach, and the role would also involve acting for public companies in relation to public and private M&A, as well as corporate governance and shareholder matters. Therefore the role would allow you to focus on capital markets, whilst still having the opportunity to undertake a wider breadth of corporate work.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-6 years PQE, corporate experience gained at a reputable firm, and strong capability in relation to AIM and Main Market transactions in particular. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to join a close-knit team at a small firm where they can gain higher levels client contact and involvement with business development, as well as a good work/life balance.
