Mid-level Restructuring Lawyer 3-5pqe - Elite US firm (£140,000)

Reference: BD7565EG
Job type: Permanent
Location: UK - London
Practice areas:
Having been a force within the UK restructuring market for a number of years, this elite US law firm has its place at the top of the market secured.

Acting for sponsors, debtors and creditors, with a particular focus on hedge funds and private equity houses, the team offers a broad capability in complex restructuring. Given the team is smaller than the giant offerings the magic circle can field, the group offer an associate from one of these, or other large City practices a chance to gain more responsibility, client contact, and development – all so much more important given the partnership track available which is one of the best in London. The hires come after a hugely successful year for the group and a recent headline making hire.

The ideal candidate will come from a top-ranked UK or US law firm and will have exceptional training with at least 3 years’ experience of both national and international insolvencies and financial restructurings. For a talented mid-level lawyer this opportunity offers the quality of the magic circle, with much improved prospects in a smaller team, polished off with full New York pay – a fantastic opportunity for a budding star to show their worth.
