Asset Management Lawyer – 3-5 PQE – US Firm

Reference: AJ8691EG
Job type: Permanent
Location: UK - London
Practice areas:
This firm’s London office has been expanding steadily over recent years, forming part of the larger US platform, and with this expansion set to continue the firm is now seeking to grow the asset management team in London to complement the firm’s excellent funds practice in the US.

The group acts for sponsors and institutional investors, and the role will involve advising on the formation of hedge, private equity, real estate, and alternative funds, as well as on restructurings, seed capital arrangements, corporate transactions, and illiquid portfolio acquisitions and divestments.

As the team has continued to be busy, it is now seeking additional associate support. The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years’ PQE, with solid funds experience gained within private practice at a reputable firm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced funds lawyer who is keen to gain higher levels of autonomy and responsibility and make their mark within a small team. The practice is set to grow further, along with the rest of the London office, so there is plenty of scope for development and progression, and in addition the firm also offers associates a competitive salary and a genuinely collegiate and collaborative culture.
