Real Estate Finance NQ – Elite US Law Firm

Reference: AJ6455EG
Job type: Permanent
Location: UK - London
Practice areas:
Banking/Finance - Real Estate Finance
This elite US law firm has a well-established presence in London, with the office forming a key part of the firm’s wider global platform. Over the past few years the firm has been growing its finance group with a number of leading hires, mirroring its leading practice in the US, and as it continues to strengthen its partner credentials, the firm is now seeking to bolster the team’s associate ranks. The finance team undertakes a range of banking and finance work, however, due to increased workflow in the area the firm is seeking a lawyer to focus on real estate finance matters.

The ideal candidate will be a talented newly qualified or junior lawyer. You will have trained at a well-ranked firm, and will have completed at least one finance seat (preferable focusing on real estate finance). Both real estate lending and CMBS transactions are core strengths, so securitisation experience would be useful, but by no means a pre-requisite.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain top quality work as well as a US-level salary.
