Partner - White Collar Crime/ Investigations to £1.5 million

Reference: SG9010EG
Job type: Permanent
Location: UK - London
Practice areas:
Crime
This leading US law firm has one of the strongest white-collar defence and fraud investigations practices in the United States. In recent times the firm has found that the extra-jurisdictional nature of US law (and US regulators) has provided a stream of opportunities, in investigations and fraud defence, which the firm feels it has not been able to fully exploit in Europe due to a lack of white-collar crime specialists in London.

In part the firm has mitigated this shortfall by fielding some of its US WCC lawyers to its European offices on a temporary basis, however, the firm is now keen to launch a London based White-Collar Crime offering with a partner or team, with a standing to match their own.
