FINANCIAL SERVICES REGULATORY (3-4 PQE) – £180,000+

Reference: AJ8976EG
Job type: Permanent
Location: UK - London
Practice areas:
Funds
Banking/Finance - Financial Services
Regulatory
Having grown the junior associate pool and seen a flood of instructions recently, this small, quality financial services team at one of the most successful US law firms in London is looking to add some mid-senior bench strength to their line-up after a number of promotions over the last few years.

Advising funds, corporates and other global FIs on both project and advisory work the successful candidate will have experience of a range of financial services regulatory work, probably with a private funds bias. Whilst those with a wholesale background are still encouraged to apply you will need to want to focus on funds work. Good knowledge of AIFMD, the UK Bribery Act, and UK FCA rules is expected.

You will be qualified in England & Wales with at least 3 years’ experience in a top tier law firm known for its financial services regulatory credentials. Given the nature of the firm’s clients solid good cross border experience is needed, and this should be backed up with excellent training.

Alongside the top tier clients, the firm offers a salary unmatched in London and a track to partnership that few can match.
