Construction Associate (Non-Contentious) – Small Team

Reference: AJ9824EG
Job type: Permanent
Location: UK - London
Practice areas:
Construction - Non-contentious Construction
This leading national law firm is well regarded for real estate work, and has been steadily growing its London offering over the last few years. Having recently launched its construction team in the City to complement its existing national practice, the firm is now in need of additional associate support at the junior level.

The role would involve working directly with a partner and gaining high levels of responsibility, allowing you to develop more quickly than you would as part of a larger team. The work will focus on non-contentious real estate related construction matters; you will be advising funders, developers, managers, investors, and land owners on a variety of projects including student housing and office/mixed use development projects.

The ideal candidate will be a junior/mid-level associate with experience of non-contentious construction work. The firm is happy to consider those with up to 5 years’ PQE, including newly qualified lawyers/final seat trainees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to join a small growing team where you can gain autonomy and responsibility and be really involved in the practice (rather than being a cog in a wheel).
