Before starting her career in legal recruitment in 2001, Kristi qualified at the Bar in Australia and worked for the Director of Prosecutions in Australia. After gaining several years of recruitment experience in Australia, Kristi relocated and settled in London in 2004 and continued working with one of the leading global legal recruitment agencies before founding Edwards Gibson. Kristi specialises in placing associate and partner candidates into UK and US law firms although she also has extensive experience of placing senior lawyers into commercial in-house organisations. Her international experience enables her to provide candidates with advice on moving to and from the UK, and she is frequently asked by law firms to advise on their international recruitment strategies.
