Robina Clough
Operations & Know-how Director
Robina graduated from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne before joining Arthur Andersen as a trainee business analyst. She moved into legal recruitment in 1999, initially as a resourcer for a Legal Executive Search Consultancy, before joining the London private practice team at another established legal recruiter, placing assistants and partners into both UK and US law firms in London.
After a decade as a fee-earner, Robina decided to put her vast wealth of knowledge of the market she has built up to good use and now concentrates on training junior recruitment consultants and providing market and salary information both internally and for law firm clients. She is also responsible for the day-to-day running of Edwards Gibson.
