In a recent article entitled 'Recruiters Are Playing Dirty in the Push for Private Equity Talent' published by 'Legal Week', Paul Hopkinson writes of the recent perceived trend that has seen legal recruiters accused of 'using deceptive tactics' in the pursuit of hiring highly sought after private equity partners.
Edwards Gibson director and recruiter Scott Gibson was approached in relation to this worrying trend. He says, "we are aware that this happens, and it is very bad for the industry because when we call them up there is always something to overcome."
