Insolvency, Lawyer, Mid-level Partner, UK Firm to £700,000 Back to List

Hugely successful firm over the last decade – team has worked on some of largest insolvencies – equity partner appointment.

A law firm that has methodically been catapulted back into the city elite and is now steadily becoming an aspirational, destination law firm for lateral lawyers. Profits are attractive and rising due to prudent management while still maintaining a highly acquisitive growth strategy.

This team of insolvency and restructuring lawyers is well set up to handle domestic mid-market work for a creditor/investor-focused client base which includes banks, bondholders and special situations funds. The team has been appointed on some of the largest insolvency mandates (mainly high profile retail insolvencies) and is well placed with the usual intermediaries. The team is currently working on some significant insolvencies. Due to a retirement the team is slightly under weight and there is a role for a mid-level insolvency partner in London.

At this level it is anticipated this would be an equity appointment. The equity starts at approximately £500,000 and the firm has had another good year so the points value will be increasing.
