Construction litigation partner – leading UK firm to £1.2 m Back to List

A law firm which has been on an upward trajectory for over a decade. The culture is well balanced and the financial performance over the last five years has been excellent.  The lawyers in the construction team has been steadily climbing the directories for a number of years and now there is a leading team of lawyers but on the contentious side the team will be underweight. The construction team revenues account for over 11% of the total global revenues.

The team has maintained a good leverage of partners to associates. There is a strong international and domestic practice across energy, infrastructure, health, transport and real estate. The lawyers in the practice are known for high-value infrastructure and energy project disputes, with a particular emphasis on international arbitration.  The firm is looking to recruit a construction litigation partner ideally with an international bias.

There is not the expectation of quantifiable following but the demonstration of long term relationships. The practice internationally is almost exclusively contractors and in the UK the team mainly represents employers and developers. The lawyers in the team cover a huge number of geographies and have a number of high profile international clients.
