General Banking, Lawyer, Partner, UK Firm to £1.4 million Back to List

Hugely successful firm over the last decade – this is a relatively unique and fluid role acting as the hub in a leading finance practice

A law firm that has methodically been catapulted back into the city elite and is now steadily becoming an aspirational, destination law firm for lateral lawyers. Profits are attractive and rising due to prudent management while still maintaining a highly acquisitive growth strategy.

An interesting role for a senior lawyer at a leading finance law firm to be the central general banking hub in the London office. The role was described as a general banking role for a senior law firm partner with a broad practice, who can act as a hub for the various practice areas which intertwin with the banking and finance practice. The firm has a number of banking (not so much retail banks any more) financial services and investment management clients, and there is a considerable amount of borrower side work. This law firm has a sophisticated finance practice across the financial services, energy, real estate, transport, retail and consumer, and healthcare sectors. The firm has an integrated international platform.
