Right now, the law firm finds itself slightly light in property disputes firepower at partner level and also needs to consider a medium-term succession issue within the team. Matters include forfeiture, dilapidations claims, enforcing covenants, tenant insolvency, restrictive covenants, lease renewals and joint venture bun fights.
The law firm would like to hire a junior partner, either an existing lateral or perhaps a superstar Senior Associate used to running their own matters but blocked from partnership at their current firm by business case restrictions.
