The Partner Recruitment Process
One of the most crucial stages in this process, beyond identifying that you would like to examine the market, is realistically calculating your worth and presenting your skills, your client base and your proposition in the best possible light. The most critical document in this process is the business plan. We have assisted and guided in the drafting of countless of these. We can help and advise you how to best analyse existing and potential client base and use metrics to evaluate your following without underselling or overstating your case. We are able to help you to extrapolate your financials into what we know firms want to see. We'll anticipate the hoops you'll need to jump through and have inside knowledge as to how individual firms go about formulating joint business plans to present to internal management committees and boards.
In addition we'll provide practical information on the myriad of, often Byzantine, partnership structures, client billing credit entitlements and partner drawing policies which you may face. Also, we'll guide you through the culture, dramatis personae and political shenanigans of individual firms to help ensure a perfect fit.
