Head of International Arbitation, Lawyer, Partner, UK Firm to £1.8m Back to List

This is a rare opportunity to lead a highly regarded international arbitration practice at a global law firm with a long-standing reputation in complex cross-border disputes. With a strong presence in key arbitration hubs and consistent recognition in the GAR 100 and legal directories, the firm is now seeking a senior lawyer to take the reins of its London-based arbitration team as part of a planned succession.

The firm's arbitration group is known for its work across energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors, and has acted in some of the most high-profile commercial and investor-state arbitrations of the past decade. The team benefits from deep institutional client relationships and a robust international platform, with seamless collaboration across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.

This is a strategic appointment for a lawyer with a strong market profile and proven leadership credentials. You will inherit a warm client base and a team of talented associates, with the full support of the firm's global disputes leadership. While a portable practice is welcome, it is not essential - credibility, vision, and the ability to lead from the front are paramount.
